Compass Coin Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your participation in the Compass Coin Loyalty
Program (“Program”). By participating, you agree to these Terms.
- Earning Coins
● You earn 1 Compass Coin for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
● Selected products or brands may include bonus multipliers (e.g., 2× or 3× Coins). - Loyalty Tiers
Tier levels are based on total Coins earned:
● Bronze (5,000 Coins) → 2% discount
● Silver (10,000 Coins) → 5% discount
● Gold (15,000+ Coins) → 8% discount
Tier discounts apply only to products without existing brand or product discounts. - Validity & Expiry
● Coins are valid for 30 days from the date earned.
● Tiers are valid for 30 days from achievement, unless upgraded within that time.
Expired Coins cannot be reinstated or reused. - Order Cancellations
● If an order is cancelled, any Coins earned from that order will be removed.
● If removal of Coins lowers your tier status, your tier will be adjusted accordingly. - Bonus Multipliers
● From time to time, CW may announce bonus multipliers on selected new products or
brands.
● Coins earned through multipliers are calculated based on the price of the eligible product. - General Conditions
● Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
● The Program may be modified or terminated by CW at any time.
● CW reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or revoke Coins or tiers in cases of misuse,
cancellation, or fraud. - All decisions made by CW regarding the Program are final.
- The Compass Coin Loyalty Program is designed to reward our loyal partners, enhance value on
every purchase, and strengthen our community.
